Please Note:
All rooms are non smoking. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors
Pets (well behaved) £10.00 per night.
Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room is required at the time of booking. This deposit may be made by cheque or credit/debit card. If the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to arrival, then the deposit is forfeit. If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival then a charge will be made for each night of the original booking, unless we are able to re-let the rooms.
Please Note: There is a £10.00 surcharge on Twin / double rooms for single occupancy in the summer season.
A £20.00 food allowance for Dinner Bed Breakfast is included.
