Sample Our Beautiful Highland Cuisine

The restaurant has rapidly established a reputation for itself as one of the best in the area.

Elegant and spacious, it overlooks the loch with its fine views, particularly of the magnificent sunsets in summer. Here our guests enjoy the long evenings in summer and the cosy ones in winter often with a bottle of wine from our extensive cellar. 
Ania leads in the kitchen, where locally supplied and selected produce are part of every meal. We aim to provide the very best of Scotland’s produce and present a menu leaning heavily towards good honest local fare.

Langoustines from Loch Ewe, hand dived Scallops. right here from Loch Ewe, Salmon from Loch Duart, Haddock Halibut and Sole from the east coast; Highland Beef and Lamb and local Venison. 

Ania's own daily special dishes, Soups and Cullen skink, have become great favorites with visitors and local folk alike who return again and again.

Local Steak & Ale Pie, Venison Pie, panfried Halibut, Fresh Crab Gateau and local Black Pudding.

A choice of imaginative vegetarian dishes is always available, and we enjoy meeting the challenges which special diets present.

A small slection of our desserts, Stem Ginger  Cheese Cake made with local Cheeses, Bakewell Tart, Fresh Fruit Crumble, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Fresh Pear Frangi pan, Bread and Butter Pudding.
