The restaurant has rapidly established a reputation for itself as one of the best in the area

Elegant and spacious, it overlooks the loch with its fine views, particularly of the magnificent sunsets of summer. Here our guests enjoy the long evenings both in winter and summer, often with a bottle of wine from our extensive cellar. 

Sandie leads in the kitchen, where locally supplied and selected produce are part of every meal. We aim to provide he very best of Scotland’s produce, and present a menu leaning heavily towards good honest local fare

Langoustines from Loch Torridon, hand dived Scallops. right here from Loch Ewe, Salmon from Loch Duart, Haddock Halibut and Sole from the east coast; Highland Beef and Lamb and local Venison.

Vegetables are prepared fresh every day and last year visitors from France applauded our crusty French rolls, as the best they’d had since leaving home!

Sandie's own daily special dishes have become great favorites with visitors and local folk alike who return again and again.

Crofters Casserole, Venison Pie, Salmon and Fennel cakes, Baked Crusted Halibut, Fresh Crab Gateau and many more.

A choice of imaginative vegetarian dishes is always available, and we enjoy meeting the challenges which special diets present.
